WHY Le Meridian Can't BE TAJ...???

Today,
I was in Le meridian for Lunch, and I got to know why It lags behind the TAJ...

As I entered in the hotel, I was welcomed by great furnishing, good style and a positive energy...
And when i made my way for the Lunch, it was mouth watering..
Great food....

Everything's great about it,
then why does it lag behind TAJ ??

The reason is 'SERVICE'...
In hospitality industry, Customer is GOD..
And, it seems the staff of Le Meridian has forgotten that.

In the buffet, the breads were finished, and after waiting for a long time, there were no breads....
There was an elderly lady beside me, she just asked the staff there about the breads, and that person said wait for 10 minutes (which is a very long time, when you are waiting for breads...) and ran away...
He didn't respond to any other question from that lady.

That was disgusting, and was not at all welcomed by a hotel's staff.
And, herez where TAJ people are so good.
Their service has always been excellent and up to the mark.

Le meridian, You have a long way to go....
