Review: Digital Photo Key-chain

Recently, I received a pink digital photo key-chain to review. This Digital Photo Key-chain is one small but cute gadget. No software to download, nothing to install. Just plug it through included USB and you are free to go..! Hence, it is very easy to send your photos to the key-chain. I love the fact that the buttons are in the back. But surely, the screen could have been a bit bigger. Looks are good, but only good..!

The key-chain has a carabiner in lieu of a key ring. The chain was not attached to the photo frame part. I had a little problem putting it together but it was kinda okay. As it is, it can be attached to a backpack, purse, or to another key ring.

The key-chain has 4.8 MB internal memory which can store about 72 pictures. When I tried uploading some photos, I noticed that the USB cable did not make good contact and kept disconnecting. I ended up having connecting it many a times, but once it started working, it was stable. The pictures are automatically re-sized into squares and can be in one of several formats: JPEG, BMP, PNG, and GIF. There were two demo pictures already uploaded, and while they looked good, my own photos were grainy and low resolution. Image quality once uploaded to the keychain leaves much to be desired.

The site says that can store about 72 pictures but I managed to put in 140 pictures in mine. Awesome!!
It isn't expensive either .. Just $10 and it is well worth it.
